Aragon and PrimeDAO establish Strategic Partnership ⚡
On October 31st, 2022, Aragon and PrimeDAO completed a strategic partnership and token swap totaling $100,000 in $ANT and $D2D. This deal further aligns the parties’ interests ahead of the launch of the new Aragon app and OS in early 2023.
Product and Organization Synergy
Aragon and PrimeDAO have a shared vision of creating a DAO framework and building tools to streamline the creation and development of DAOs. Over 5,000 DAOs have been created using the aragonOS, including Lido, Decentraland, BrightID, and API3. The upcoming App and OS are more modular, making it easier for DAOs of all types and sizes to run governance on-chain. The Launch and Deals tools developed by PrimeDAO allow DAOs to effectively launch their project token and engage in DAO 2 DAO token swaps. Together, these technologies allow a DAO to go from idea to maturity.
Token Swap Details
The Token swap was executed via the Prime Deals dApp after receiving unanimous support from Aragon Governance on October 17th and PrimeDAO Governance on October 14th.
- A total of 29,661.00 ANT and 890,217 D2D have been swapped for a total valuation based on the 7-day TWAP taken on October 10th, 2022, of $100,000
- Both DAOs have committed to holding the tokens for at least 6 months
- Full voting power will be effective from the moment of swapping to promote cross-DAO governance

This partnership opens up additional support and resources for Aragon DAOs that are interested in launching a token or engaging in a token swap with other DAOs.
